I bought a 2024 EV9 and the process could not have been easier. I had talked to 3 other dealerships and it was like pulling teeth to get information and pricing. All 3 wanted me to come in and test drive t easier. I had talked to 3 other dealerships and it was like pulling teeth to get information and pricing. All 3 wanted me to come in and test drive the car. I did it for the Lee's Summit Kia dealer, but after 3 hours of them trying to sell me a car I didn't want at MSRP I got up and walked out. The Other 2 dealers were not as bad but really didn't want to talk price. When I finally got the Shawnee dealer to a price, addons killed the deal. Apparently they could not be removed. With Bob Sight I called them withing 10 mins they gave me a price, with no addons. Matt said they only add what the customer wants. When I went to get the car the process took about an hour, most of which was waiting for the finance department. While I was waiting Matt walked me through setting up the Kia app and had the car cleaned and tires aired up. Getting the finance filled out and done was another 15 min. I can't remember his name, but he was very honest about what I needed and didn't. He did not try to push products and made sure I was getting the best offers. I don't know If I can stress this enough. I have bought several cars and every time it's several hours and all the finance people have pushed really hard for me to buy products I didn't need with scare tactics. Matt called me a couple of days after to check up and see if I had any issues. If my next car is a Kia this will be the place I go 1st. More

I called before I came and when I arrived Matt Boutte was prepared and had the car out front ready to show me and the keys for my 2nd requested car ready too! I was treated with respect and it was such a cal prepared and had the car out front ready to show me and the keys for my 2nd requested car ready too! I was treated with respect and it was such a calm and easy buying experience. Not at all like my other recent car shopping experiences. There was no pressure whatsoever trying to talk me into a car. Just mutual respect and I feel we both came out feeling good about our deal. Jeremiah in the Finance dept. was very helpful as well. He did not try to force me to buy the most expensive package of warranties, he talked to me about my needs andwe went from there. I don't feel like I was sold something I did not want or need. Iam very happy with my experience and the sales team of Bob Sight of Independence & highly recommend them! More

Bryan Nickerson was good to show my the car and work out a deal. When completing the paperwork, the finance manager, Jeremiah Bland sold me an extended warranty I did not need, and he did not tell me there a deal. He did return my $900 warranty payment, but it was recorded on the Bill of Sales so I had to pay a $90 sales tax to transfer the title. More

We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima from there a few years ago and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and they were far from helpful!!! Johnna in the service department was incompetent, and extremely rude over the phone. All I did was ask what they could do and she was whispering with someone on the other end and basically coming up with every way they could NOT to help us! When I told her we will not be purchasing another kia from them if this was the level of service we are going to receive, she hung up the phone on me! I highly recommend that you proceed with caution when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that refuses to back their product and is so willing to be combative when it comes to an issue beyond the purchase! BUYERS BEWARE and to be clear we gave them a 5 Star after our purchase so don't be fooled by that either! More

Even with the shortage of new cars available they helped me find a car that met all my wants and needs at a reasonable price with no pressure. And they didn’t try to charge over the sticker price like some me find a car that met all my wants and needs at a reasonable price with no pressure.
