Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships! More

Do not recommend! !! Lack of communication, not family friendly, zero knowledge of newer vehicles!!! We purchased a truck in May of this year. Little did we know the !! Lack of communication, not family friendly, zero knowledge of newer vehicles!!! We purchased a truck in May of this year. Little did we know there was an ongoing electrical issue! Shortly after purchasing I was driving and the dashboard lit up with every code possible! We contacted the service department and were informed that “Oh yea, this happened when we first got the truck and we couldn’t get it to recreate the issue so we thought it was good.” Scott in service informed me they’d take a look at it. They had it for 3.5 weeks!!! Had to bring in a specialist. Well… after they said it was good i go to pick up and everything isn’t even put back together properly. There was a bag of bolts sitting on the middle console. Scott told me oh.. those aren’t yours and went to walk off. I said wait.. let’s look first! He had to have the tech out back the fender well cover. Then when leaving it starts making a noise like the wiring isn’t attached correctly. They ask me to bring it in and do a drive along with the tech. I have little kids that make just dropping everything and going for a solo ride difficult! So had to bring a kid with me. The tech hears the noise, but he’s booked out so I have to wait to bring it back. On the way he smacks the fender cover where the noise is. No biggie. On the way home the codes all hit again!! I park the truck at home and call. I still have to wait 2 weeks for my scheduled appointment. Well I took it in and the tech that we’ve worked with previously has left and we have to start over again. They’ve had the truck now for over a week and a half. Scott called to tell me that they can’t get the codes to pop again (didn’t fix it or adjust anything) so I can come get the truck and drive it till something happens. Not if but WHEN something happens!! I have two little children they want me to drive in this vehicle until it codes or possibly worse. Then he tells me when it does code again to not shut truck off but to drive the truck in with hazards on since it won’t shift gears when codes are going off 😑 Not to mention I’ve only gotten communication when I call! The manager Matt promised to stay on it and contact me with the progress! Crickets! Still waiting on calls from Matt and Scott. Save yourselves the hassle and buy elsewhere!! More

Ghent service department was the worst. We had to have a brand new, 3 weeks old, 1300 miles, Chevy Silverado 2500,HD truck that totally lost all power on an interstate highway towed into G We had to have a brand new, 3 weeks old, 1300 miles, Chevy Silverado 2500,HD truck that totally lost all power on an interstate highway towed into Ghent. This was a Friday and also Labor day weekend. While stranded on the highway with a new truck that won't start and camper, the frustration began. First we asked for a loaner. Was told they had nothing available. Suggested to try rental car places. Upon instance that something be found a loaner was found. Upon arriving at Ghent everyone was more in a hurry to get off and start the holiday weekend. No empathy for our situation just we'll deal with it on Tuesday or Wednesday. So they got to it on Tuesday. When Ghent called to say the truck was fixed that day we were surprised that it was done so quickly. When asked what wrong they said the 2 batteries were dead and they replaced them. Their tech took no extra steps to see WHY a new trucks batteries would go dead so quickly. This sounded odd but Scott assured us that was the problem. He even told us they have cars on their lot that sit and have to have new batteries put in them all the time. This truck had not been sitting on any lot and had been driven for 3 weeks already. We left Ghent and at 31 miles away completely lost all power AGAIN. The 2 new batteries completely dead. This was 4:30 and service and loaner Dept close at 6pm. Between phone calls to GM and tow company we could not get back to Ghent before 6pm. Adding to this don't try to get to talk to anyone after 6pm as all their phones are switched to an automated voicemail system with no way to talk to a person. We wound up towing it to another dealership for diagnosis. We never, ever, even heard from Ghent again. More

If I could give a ZERO I would. Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not under Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not understand my frustration is beyond infuriating. HORRIBLE place to go ever since Jamie left. Yet again Weld Country Garage has to step in and help us for the third time!! More
