We had the best experience at your dealership. Matthew Peavy helped us. Matthew was knowledgeable, friendly and is a great asset to your dealership. Matthew wasn't there to sell us a car, he was Matthew Peavy helped us. Matthew was knowledgeable, friendly and is a great asset to your dealership. Matthew wasn't there to sell us a car, he was there to sell me "the car". He listened to me to understand what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure me to take what was available. I could have walked away that day and have every confidence that he would keep me in mind, check the incoming inventory and let me know if something came in. Fortunately at the end of our visit, he double checked the inventory and found a car in detailing that was very close to what we wanted. The negotiations went smoothly as he understood we wanted to know what the bottom line best offer was instead of spending a lot of time haggling back and forth. He came in on his day off to make sure the paperwork went smoothly. Your dealership had everything in order which made things go smoothly. I have already recommended Mathew and your dealership to several people. I really feel like the culture at your dealership is very different from the norm and the service is many notches above. I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5,while looking at the I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5,while looking at the car I was told the car was "Certified" and lead to believe it had an extended warranty for 5 y I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5,while looking at the car I was told the car was "Certified" and lead to believe it had an extended warranty for 5 years. Once I purchased the car I was informed if I wanted the warranty I had to pay an additional $ 1,500.00,right then other wise I would not be able to get the extended warranty. Also the car had a 172 point inspection and I had to pay an additional $ 2,00.00 which was added to the original price of the car, plus the dealerships fee of $ 999.00 More
