I had my mind on a Subaru for a while, after work I went into Wayne Subaru. I was greeted immediately by Matthew Lutz, Sales Consultant; we had a conversation about car in showroom. I let him know what I was interested and questions I had.He listened carefully, he showed me a few cars in parking lot. He said you might also be interested in Crossteck. I went on test drive on three vehicles. I decided on Premium Crossteck. Matthew Lutz is an asset to Subaru. I appreciate all of his assistance, care, and made me feel at ease and when I picked up my Premium Crossteck I was so excited and so happy. It was a wonderful experience. Michael Willey was very professional. He called me for credit verification and to make sure all went smoothly when I picked up my car. He made me feel comfortable about transaction and purchase of my Premium Crossteck. Subaru showroom beautiful, clean and personable. I also liked holiday decorations and everyone was pleasant. All Mark Waltich was interested in was the add on's and extra's. We are seniors and the bottom line was very important to us. We have bought other new vehicles and we were expecting some nice incentives, which we did not receive such as a courtesy oil change for the first change or we even got a year from another dealership.
