I was told my service charge would be $259, but it was $412 plus. I was also told it would be about an hour for the service to be done; it took 2 1/2 hours. I am a diebtic and experienced low blood glucose conditions which can be very dangerous if not corrected in time. I mentioned that to your payments person and she became argumentative and difficult to deal with. I told her several times to just finish the paperwork so I could leave as soon as possible to take my medications and correct my medical conditions. She did not listen and took her sweet xxx time to finish matters. I have been getting vehicles and maintenance thereof for more than 38 years ar Latham Ford. I have never been treated as poorly or as disrespectfully as my encounter yesterday. I have no desire or intention of returning to your facility again. I personally know Kara DePaula and will go there for future needs. More

December of 2023 my boyfriend and I drove all the way from New Jersey to this dealership to buy our truck, which was 2 and a half hours away. They said it was certified pre-owned vehicle. 2 months after from New Jersey to this dealership to buy our truck, which was 2 and a half hours away. They said it was certified pre-owned vehicle. 2 months after buying this truck the glow plug went .Not even 6 months later the exhaust sensor went. When we called them they told us there was nothing they could do for us. When we took our truck to the shop we found out there were more problems than just the glow plug , the rear main seal was leaking , and the left rear axle seal. 2 months later the WHOLE breaking system went . When I tried to get in contact with a manager again they would not answer. Also every sales person we had doesn’t work there anymore, a little weird right???? Beware of their ‘certified pre-owned’ vehicles, do your research!!! More

Absolutely worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address rec ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address recalls and after four days of leaving messages and two missed deadlines (told twice vehicle would be done but app shows vehicle never moved) was informed that the dealer did not have the technical know how to complete the recall and to pick it up and bring it to another dealer. Do not waste your time or energy otherwise you will be without your vehicle or have any status updates for a while. More

My recent service visit with Latham ford was the worst experience. Took my car in for an inspection and find out that it won't pass due to tint on my windows. Problem is, no tint has been added to the wi experience. Took my car in for an inspection and find out that it won't pass due to tint on my windows. Problem is, no tint has been added to the windows. I purchased the car from a Ford Dealer in Florida. First the manager of the service department tells me that the windshield can not block any light, which by NY state inspection is incorrect. When I told him that the NY website states you can only block 30% of light through the windshield he informed me that I was wrong and that he should know because they are inspection certified. Well, when his mechanic came out, he informed his manager that it was 30% not 0%. Then when I ask what the reading was, they told me 50%, I asked if they could show me a standard that is 50%. The manger then proceeds to try and be funny, and states, when we bring your car out, we will be able to show you. I am in the processes of looking for a new car, I will not be going to a place that treats people like this, and I would not recommend anyone else to go there. More

Update 3/9/2023 I am adjusting this Review as an update for services performed after some things fell through the cracks during the sales. A few weeks ago The General Service manager reached out to me vi for services performed after some things fell through the cracks during the sales. A few weeks ago The General Service manager reached out to me via phone to discuss the problems I had during my initial sales and follow up. Thomas was a truly awesome manager and customer service oriented person. He understood my concerns and how I felt and promised to resolve the issue within an agreed upon time. he set up the appointment made sure everyone on the team was aware of the work that was going to be done and even provided me with a loaner car for the day. When I reached the service center the staff was extremely nice, friendly , customer driven to assist and take care of you. I left the car and headed home. Several hours later i recieved a call that my car was finished and I could come pick it up. When I arrived the car was clean shiney and smelled incredible from the permaplate. The service department is outstanding in their handling of customers, their knowledge and friendliness certainly will instill the kind of trust and loyalty that so often goes unmentioned or corrected after an issue. I want to thank Thomas and the staff at the Service Department for taking the time to put my mind at ease and resolving this issue. You've earned my trust as well as my appreciation and loyalty.
