Matt was responsive and prompt in arranging for my test drive of the EV6. When he became sick after Thanksgiving, he promptly referred me to another salesman even though he was at home and obviously not f drive of the EV6. When he became sick after Thanksgiving, he promptly referred me to another salesman even though he was at home and obviously not feeling well. Travis Hardy handled the bulk of the sales transaction and was very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to respond to my concerns. As far as the sale of service contracts, I was only provided with the first page of the contracts and their terms were not sufficiently explained. I initially agreed to a roadside assistance,care plan, wear and tear, and theft protection plans. At home, I reviewed the contracts and realized there was a great deal of misssing information. I subsequently went to the dealership. I spoke with the manager and with the finance director. They agreed to provide me with the entire contracts and have provide me with approximately 29 pages which I am currently reviewing. The manager has agreed to rescind any contracts which I find to be objectionable or undesirable after my review. More
