Our salesman Matt Cline was a extremely excellent salesman. He was very helpful in explaining all the features on our new car. Any questions we had he would answer. Matthew Cline was our salesperson and he was great! We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manag We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manager, Nate Sherman. We chose a Sportage, and chose no extras (extended warranty, etc.) The sales manager, came back to us, after the initial quote, with a discounted rate on the extras- by almost half - and when we still said no, he walked away visibly pissed. This spoiled the entire experience and made us feel as though we were being cheated. More
