Matthew Cline was our salesperson and he was great! We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manager, Nate Sherman. We chose a Sportage, and chose no extras (extended warranty, etc.) The sales manager, came back to us, after the initial quote, with a discounted rate on the extras- by almost half - and when we still said no, he walked away visibly pissed. This spoiled the entire experience and made us feel as though we were being cheated. More
