Update- It's been about a year since my last review and I love this place even more. I've gone to the other Subaru service center in Dallas, and I'm never quite satisfied. This is the only place I will bring my Subaru for service and maintenance. On my last visit, I called because I got a check engine light that returned a heater control valve code. They made an appointment, they made sure the extended warranty was still available for this known issue, and it was. I brought it in. I had a coke and a snack, and I left. My advisor was in constant communication, and my car was finished quickly. My only complaint is that because they are so good at what they do, so they are very very very busy. You will need to make an appointment, and they will likely be out of loaner cars. However if you want excellent service for your car, take your car to Five Star Subar More
