Great service, professional and friendly staff. Nice waiting area, good communication and the staff really listens to concerns. I know all I had done was a key duplicate, but the car was not clean Nice waiting area, good communication and the staff really listens to concerns. Sending calls to voicemail last week was very disappointing. I left 5 messages and none were returned for 3 days!! My van was supposed to be ready for pickup over weekend and I did not get any c disappointing. I left 5 messages and none were returned for 3 days!! My van was supposed to be ready for pickup over weekend and I did not get any calls. Had to pay a perso. To shuttle me to my house. I used to be very happy with your service but not anymore. You need to figure a way to have somebody rerun calls…not let them die in a voicemail xxxx.. Matt said he tried to co tact me on Friday and Saturday but I had no emails or messages on my phone. Very frustrating!! More

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Matt . He is knowledgeable, always helpful and a pure pleasure to deal with.. It’s easy to get sticker shock when it’s time to pay the servicing bill. The assistant service manager took great care of me. He took the time to explain away any concerns I had with my car. I’ve always had good service for my car. Having said all that, the wait for complet He took the time to explain away any concerns I had with my car. I’ve always had good service for my car. Having said all that, the wait for completion was way over what I’ve experienced before and that was with an appointment! I hope management is trying fix this! More
