I brought my car in for service and Matt Bitterhoff took very good care of it. He provided me with quick service and was able to fix the problem. Very disappointed in the service. Poor communication on the repairs and they did not do them correctly and I was charged for it. Replaced tire stem but did not put lug back on. Was told they fixed front grill attachment and stil broken. Paid for antenna bracket which was not in stock and no one has called to let me know if it is in or anything. I Worked with Matt and I have tried calling multiple times to make the service department aware of this and no one has called me back on a resolution. More
