I pointed out that I had an appointment, and Matthew informed said that didn’t matter. Clearly, there is a misunderstanding of what an”appointment” is at this service center. Otherwise, everything else was handled perfectly and I was satisfied with the result, but won’t likely return due to the “appointment” policy.

There were footprints and dirt/dust all over the floor mats and all over the black plastic trim where you enter the car. There were dirty hand/finger prints on the black leather seats, and 3 bolts sitting in the cup holder as well as a long piece of plastic molding (possibly from the old roof ?) laying on the front seat. I always thought that when cars were at dealerships for any sort of work, that they were somewhat cleaned after and run through the car wash. It is not a huge deal that the outside of my car was not clean, but I was pretty bothered by how dirty the inside of the car was when it was returned to me.
