We were looking to purchase a second car for our family and looked at several dealerships in our local area. After several disappointed stops with pushy or unknowledgeable salesman “ its only my first day, and looked at several dealerships in our local area. After several disappointed stops with pushy or unknowledgeable salesman “ its only my first day, I don’t know”, we went to Scholfield Hyundai West store. We were greeted by Matt Watson who did not chase us through the parking lot asking the same questions over and over again, “do you have a trade, what payment would you like etc”. He listen to what we wanted and was very helpful in showing us what we wanted. The reason we give this dealership high ratings is not just for the care the entire dealership gave us and the friendliness of everyone but mainly because to our Salesman Matt Watson. I have walked away from several dealers because of incompetent salesman but Tom Watson is the reason we bought a car from Scholfield Hyundai and would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

I highly recommend Matt and Scholfield Hyumdai to anyone who wants an excellent car buying experience. Matt was low key, taking the time to answer all my questions and allowing me the time I needed to cons who wants an excellent car buying experience. I had wanted a Veloster since they first came out. Matt is very knowledgeable and even though I was not "ready to buy" when I first test drove one, Matt stayed in touch with me and let me know when the vit is very knowledgeable and even though I was not "ready to buy" when I first test drove one, Matt stayed in touch with me and let me know when the vitamin c with a sunroof was on the lot. I recently hit a deer and totaled my car (elantra) wich I had just paid off. I was not excited at all about looking for a new car, because I loved my Elentra and planned to keep it for several more years (48 had just paid off. My husband and I went to a few other dealerships looking for a 4 wheel or all wheel drive, but weren't impressed with either the vehicles or the service. We didn't know if Hyundai even had such a vehicle, but it was worth a shot. When we arrived we were greated by Matt Watson who was very interested in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. He offered us something to drink, asked what we were looking for,and proceeded to show us what Hyundai had to offer. He explained everything about the Tuscon and the Santa Fe in detail. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and his patience to answer all of our questions very politely. We purchased the Tuscan and love it. My husband later told me this was the 1st car salesman that he really liked and respected. He wasn't trying to push us into any vehicle to make a sale. He was very much concerned with our happiness and satisfaction with a vehicle. We would like to thank him again for giving us a great car buying experience and would definitely do business with him again, and let others know about our experience. More

I spent quite a bit of time seeking a new vehicle. All I came across was frustration of what I was finding. Came across the new Hyundai Sonata and Elantra and just fell in love! I returned on the weekend came across was frustration of what I was finding. Came across the new Hyundai Sonata and Elantra and just fell in love! I returned on the weekend when I had time to test drive and new in my heart I was going to walk out with a new vehicle. Matt Watson made the entire process from test driving, in the 100 degree temps, all the way to the final purchase of the vehicle very smooth for me. I walked out the door with an Elantra. I felt very catered too that day and four months later, Matt still assists me with further questions by emails, phone and even in person he has taken time to sit and visit with me with any questions I have had in regards to the car. Overall, I had an excellent experience! I plan to use this dealership again when it comes time to trade! More

My husband and I were first time new car buyers and knew we wanted a Hyundai. We were first approached by Jack Smith, who was very friendly and offered to help in any way he could. When he was unable to answer our questions, he enlisted the help of Matt Watson. Matt was knowledgeable and friendly and told us what we wanted to know about the 2013 Santa Fe. He helped us pick out a Santa Fe that was within our budget and worked with us on a trade in value on our Silverado. Though I did get the vibe that he was getting frustrated with my husband when my husband wanted more for a trade in value. Chris was able to work with us and got us the trade in value we wanted. Matt and Pat stayed 3 hours past their closing time to help us get our new Santa Fe. Pat was fantastic and made the financing part of buying our new car easy and understandable. I would recommend Scholfield Hyundai to others. More

We were on our way to the airport when I decided to call the dealership. I spoke with Matt Watson. Matt was very helpful and professional. We did most of the deal over the phone. They did not have the car that I wanted but was able to bring it from their other lot. When we arrived at the dealership, my husband only had 15 minutes before I had to get him to the airport. In that 15 minutes we were able to close the deal. I was more than pleased with my interactions with all the employees! More

It was a nice Saturday and the wife suggested that we go and look at a new Sonata. Thinking to myself that sure she really wants to do this. So we departed the grocery store and went down Tyler to the deale and look at a new Sonata. Thinking to myself that sure she really wants to do this. So we departed the grocery store and went down Tyler to the dealership. One thing that I noticed was that there was a large inventory of vehicles, which really made the decision process easy. We parked and were greeted by Matt Watson with a firm handshake and smile... Sincere, I liked this ! Matt showed us several cars and we (I) finally settled on a black, 2.0 L Turbo, with all the bells and whistles. We took a drive to see how it would handle at both turnpike and residential areas. The ride was smooth and very quite. Engine response was rapid, I did not notice any turbo lag! After the drive, Matt showed us the car's detail features, which is very impressive. He gave us a detailed run through to get all the electronics (phone, garage door opener, XM) up and runing. We closed on the car in a very low pressure environment with no hassle on the trade in or the car price. It was a great day to buy a car ! More
