Friendly staff made this the best car buying experience ever We were greeted and asked what our requirements were, Matt Watson was great, he ensured we saw what we asked for in the minimum time and he knew the p We were greeted and asked what our requirements were, Matt Watson was great, he ensured we saw what we asked for in the minimum time and he knew the product so well there was no waffle. He asked pertinent questions to find out what we really wanted in our new car and made sure we saw the car type we were looking for. Matt also ensured we drove away safely by going over all the major features of the car along with syncing our telephones up to the hands free option. Other staff we encountered were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Chad Pipkin was very good helping us sort financing and warranties of our new car, explaining the option very well. This is a great showroom all around. More

Chad Pipkin helped us with our financing and did everything possible to be certain we were able to get into the vehicle we had chosen. I wanted to buy a new car and had researched the Sonata but my husband and I dreaded going to buy a new car and dealing with the usual high pressure sales pitch. This was not the case at Schofield Hyundai but my husband and I dreaded going to buy a new car and dealing with the usual high pressure sales pitch. This was not the case at Schofield Hyundai West and in particular our salesman, Matt Watson. He was by far the best salesman we have ever come across. He was very polite, professional very knowledgable and not that typical pushy car salesman. He introduced us to the Service Manager, which I thought was great and was impressed by the fact that the Service Manager had been with Hyundai for a very long time. I would recommend without hesitation Matt Watson to any potential new car buyer. Additionally, Kim Miller, who assisted us with the finances, was very accommodating to what we were looking for. I was surprised she had not been with Hyundai that long as it didn't show when we were going over all the documentation. She was also very professional and polite. I can say without reservation that our overall experience with Hyundai is by far the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car and I had owned a total of five new cars so that says a lot. More

We actually enjoyed our buying experience. Matt was well informed with his product and was laid back in his approach to us. We never felt pushed or coerced. We test drove the Sonata and found it to be quie informed with his product and was laid back in his approach to us. We never felt pushed or coerced. We test drove the Sonata and found it to be quiet , responsive and drop dead gorgeous. we had driven other makes in this class and thought we got the most options for the money with the Hyundai. Our experience with Kurt was also very good , he was efficient and has a good sense of humor which we liked. All in all it was a really good experience and the dealership seems first rate to us. Both Matt and Trey made us feel quite at ease in this transaction, and proved themselves very responsive to all our requests. It will be easy to recommend their dealership to our friends and acquaintances, as they have demonstrated professionalism in combination with a sincere interest in making their customers happy with their new car from Scholfield Hyundai! We were in the market for a new SUV to replace our 2006 Hyundai Sonata which my wife Rachelle bought from Scholfield over 7 years ago. We selected Scholfield Hyundai "West" and John Olson after receiving p Hyundai Sonata which my wife Rachelle bought from Scholfield over 7 years ago. We selected Scholfield Hyundai "West" and John Olson after receiving positive feedback from Rachelle's parents who purchased 3 vehicles from John O. In fact, if you count Rachelle's extended family this is the 8th Hyundai vehicle that we have purchased from the Scholfield dealerships. We visited Scholfield Hyundai "West" on a cold Saturday in December of 2013. We were quickly and friendly greeted by Heather Cusick who let us know that John O was busy at the time but gladly answered our questions until John O. was available. We mentioned how the Santa Fe with the 3rd Row Seating was the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. The dealership only had the Sport model in stock at the time. However, Heather volunteered her Santa Fe Limited so we could get a feel for the size and features available on the Santa Fe with 3rd Row Seating. We let John know that silver was the color that we needed. He conducted a vehicle search and found a Santa Fe that met our specifications. However, the price was a bit higher than what we expected. We then proceeded to show him the vehicle that we saw advertised online. He made some quick phone calls and in about an hour the vehicle was at the dealership and within our price range. The whole process was very stress-free and ended up taking about 3 hours from the time we showed up at Scholfield Hyundai "West" and drove off in our new 2013 Santa Fe. We whole heartedly recommend Scholfield Hyundai "West" and "John Olson" for your next new car purchase. We also recommend the Scholfield Hyundai "West" Service Dept. that has offered us great maintenance and repair service during the time we owned our Sonata. More
