My wife was really excited of getting her second Mini. We went to Mini of St. Louis, and we had Bill Harada as our salesperson he was a very nice only thing is he cannot keep a promise when he makes one. T went to Mini of St. Louis, and we had Bill Harada as our salesperson he was a very nice only thing is he cannot keep a promise when he makes one. The sales manager Neil Westfall is full of himself and arrogantly rude!!! We are in a market where there are more customers than cars but remember Neil this sellers' market is temporary!! We paid deposit on our car and got it 5 months later. Neil was trying to provoke me when we were there to pay for our vehicle into a confrontation. I asked him to leave us alone and he continued to try and get a confrontation. When I brought this up to Matt Fiero the finance manager and told him that we would be making a negative review he said it would only reflect more negative on the salesperson. IF YOU CAN AVOID MINI OF ST. LOUIS I WOULD. THERE ARE OTHER MINI DEALERS AND AT THIS MOMENT THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. More
