Five stars for the vehicle, one star for this dealership! !! I could write a book to explain our issue but it all boils down to product knowledge and honesty. Either they played dumb to sell a vehicle or simp !! I could write a book to explain our issue but it all boils down to product knowledge and honesty. Either they played dumb to sell a vehicle or simply did not know there product. Sales Manager William tried to cover for his product manager (our salesman) but OOPS, what our salesman (Product Manager on his card) told us did not match what Sales Manager said. Sales Manager was to find out what his man said and call us back... day 3 came and gone with no response. I cannot and will not recommend this crew to anyone... as someone that has purchased new vehicles every 3 years for the last 30 years, I recommend you purchase a new vehicle at a more reputable dealer!!! More
