Everyone is so friendly at this dealership! I had no choice but to bring my baby and toddler along with me, but it was totally fine because everyone interacted with them and was so kind. Matt Unger was my sales rep and he was great to work with. He knew a lot about both of the cars I was looking at and helped me make an informed decision about what to buy. The two cars were similar and I kept getting the details confused, but Matt always was able to help me get it straight. He also not only cared about me getting the right car- he was also easy to conversate with. He even had colors and coloring pages on hand for my restless toddler! Also, he helped me move over all of my stuff from my old car and made sure my phone was connected before I left. Karim Jaffer and Derek Song also made everything very easy with the finance process. He took the time to show us the 4 vehicles we wanted to look at, he patiently helped us test-drive each one of them until we settled with one. Matt will not pressurize you into making a hasty decision. The only thing that was frustrating was the wait time before closing on the deal, and this has to do with the finance department, not Matt - we waited for over 2 hours! Fortunately, Matt kept checking on us, he offered us drinks, and kept going to check when we would be served.
