I was told the recall would take 2-21/2 hours. I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minu I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minutes so I had to have a neighbor drive me because I had to pick up my kids from school. I sent multiple texts asking where the shuttle was because I needed to pick up my kids and it took 40 minutes for a response. I was not informed there would be a delay. My car was not finished, the cover was not closed and there was a wire unconnected and dangling when I picked it up. I tracked my car and saw it was not serviced until 2 hours after I dropped it off and it was obviously finished earlier because the car was extremely hot from sitting in the sun. When I arrived to pick it up it took 10 minutes to get my car delivered to me. The whole experience was infuriating and the lack of concern was noticed. I seriously have no desire to bring my car back here or buy another car here. (BTW we bought 2 last year) so these are the experiences that get repeated instead of even receiving moderate service, I honestly don’t even know if the recall was completed because I was not provided any paperwork. Treat your customers with respect and keep them updated if there is a delay. I had no idea my car would be gone all day and had my kids waiting for me to pick them up because it took so long. The driver apparently came to pick me up after I had to ask my neighbor to drive me I have pictures of how my car was delivered and you should have a record of the text messages, if not I do. More

Smooth and streamlined purchase! Worked with Matt & Rich and had an exceptional experience! We called 30 min ahead of arrival to see what was available. I sent a note to over 15 dealers in WA State witht the car I wanted - it was nothing crazy but I had to have a Baltic Gray Altitude with as FEW miles on it as possible. I emailed the Inet. Manager Matthew car I wanted - it was nothing crazy but I had to have a Baltic Gray Altitude with as FEW miles on it as possible. I emailed the Inet. Manager Matthew Trujilloand he was the first to respond to me out of every dealer I sent the exact same message to. SJ had the best price and made the transaction as easy as could be. The car was pulled up and had plenty of gas for a drive, and the nice gal Katelyn showed me all the features (she said she has the same mode, so she was a bit of an expert). I was in and out in an hour and I felt like they truly valued my time. This is the mark of an exceptional dealership in the modern age, and I for one enjoy an experience rather than the Tesla "this is just a transaction" approach. Cars are very emotional purchases, it not like buying a computer. I appreciate the human interaction aspect of a purchase. More

They don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in o you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in on ANOTHER new one and they would take mine in (2400 miles) for used car prices! it’s a 2023 Latitude it’s been in the shop a total of 4 .times and they recognized the problem but because there were no codes showing they didn’t know what to repair and I would just have to live with it. I am moving for with a legal help! More

Let me start by saying that buying a car at Seattle Jeep was an absolute rollercoaster of hilarity and excitement! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I knew I was in for a wild ride. First off, let' was an absolute rollercoaster of hilarity and excitement! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I knew I was in for a wild ride. First off, let's talk about Jared & Talon. They were like a group of overly enthusiastic cheerleaders on caffeine, but in the best way possible. Their energy was infectious, and I couldn't help but get swept up in their enthusiasm. Seriously, if car selling ever becomes an Olympic sport, these guys are taking home the gold! Now, onto the cars themselves. Picture this: a rainbow of vehicles stretched out before me, each one more eye-catching than the last. It was like being a kid in a candy store, except instead of candy, it was horsepower and shiny paint jobs. And let me tell you, the test drives were an absolute blast. I'm pretty sure I left a trail of burnt rubber in my wake! But the real fun began when it was time to negotiate. Jared & Talon whipped out their calculators like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat and proceeded to perform mathematical acrobatics that would make Pythagoras proud. We haggled back and forth like a couple of old pros, each trying to outwit the other without cracking a smile. Spoiler alert: Jared & Talon won, but I walked away feeling like I'd gotten the deal of a lifetime. In the end, I drove off the lot in my dream car, laughing all the way home. Sure, I may have paid a little more than I intended, but the memories alone were worth every penny. So if you're in the market for a car and a good time, look no further than Seattle Jeep. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! More
