One of the worst dealerships that I have ever dealt with. Salesmen lie to make a sale, they provide no service after a sale and will run you back and forth between Chevrolet and Toyota with no resolution. When errors show up after they work on the vehicle, they expect you to pay the cost of repairs. Absolutely horrible customer service!! More

Since moving to the area four years ago, I began bringing my vehicle here. Every service experience has been excellent. The staff are courteous, helpful, respectful and friendly. The quality of work I receiv my vehicle here. Every service experience has been excellent. The staff are courteous, helpful, respectful and friendly. The quality of work I receive has always been great. One time during a new tire purchase a tire cover cracked (made of plastic, car is over ten years old), and when I brought the damage to their attention the service personnel made it right and replaced the wheel cover. This made a huge impact on my customer loyalty with this company. Bought my first car from them a few weeks ago because of my prior experience with them. Very happy to give them the business. More

I try to do my homework and feel I get a pretty good deal when I purchase. The Riley Family are Jefferson City people and I feel buying from them, helps them and the employee's who live and work in Jefferson City. The guys in the service department are absolutely GREAT. Friendly, professional and always do a great job. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of Riley Toyota. More

Paint damaged/repaired 2018 Tacoma I purchased a 2018 Tacoma Off Road in July 2018 and began having paint chipping issues on the leading edge of the roof above the windshield. The serv I purchased a 2018 Tacoma Off Road in July 2018 and began having paint chipping issues on the leading edge of the roof above the windshield. The service department too remedial action to touch them up. Another chip appeared in January 2019 and while at a friends body shop to have the dealership decal removed from the tailgate, the technician asked if this vehicle had been wrecked or repaired, to which I said better not have been. He then went over the truck with a sunlight lamp and the vehicle was covered in overspray that was undetectable to the naked eye. I immediately contacted the service department, spoke with Scott Struemph, set an appointment to bring the truck in...after he inspected the top of the truck, he asked what I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new truck as this one was apparently brought into the inventory at Riley Toyota damaged and repaired but not disclosed. Scott turned me over to our salesman Matt Tellman, who in turn took my demand to Brian Jacobson, after an exhaustive inspection of the vehicle, I was told the dealership would stand with me in dealing with Toyota NA about this issue. Long story shortened, the dealership did the right thing by me. They could not locate a 2018 as I insisted upon replacing it with an identical truck, thus they found a 2019 and replaced my damage repaired 2018. the process was amazingly smooth, took about a week and a half from start to finish. The dealership didn’t hesitate to keep me informed as to the progress and the ultimate decision to get me out of my truck, into a new one, and they would deal with Toyota without my involvement. No one could ask for more than that. More
