Although we waited 9 months (outside the dealer's control), the dealership and especially Matt were wonderful in answering any questions we had, and made the process quick, painless, and fair. This is our second vehicle we bought from James Wood, and we will be back when we need a new car. Recommended highly to anyone wanting a great buying experience.
