My 2018 Jeep Wrangler was having a problem with the radiator cooling fan and A/C. The young guy at the service desk did a great job. Provided information as soon as he received it from the service technicians. Service technicians could have supported the service desk better. They provided additional items that could be repaired, this information was provided to the service desk at the end of the original service. I had already spend over 90min waiting. If the service tech had of notified the service desk promptly, I could have approved repairs to be complete at that time. Now I need to schedule another time to come in a have repairs conducted.
