I lease my cars from Mathews Nissan BECAUSE of the Excellent Service Department. Matt met me inside. I told him what I wanted done. I waited in the Customer Lounge. It was nicely appointed with Excellent Service Department. Matt met me inside. I told him what I wanted done. I waited in the Customer Lounge. It was nicely appointed with beverages and snacks. I really like the " drive in" service feature. It's very nice whatever the weather. I appreciate the training that the service people go through to service such complex vehicles these days. I have had excellent service from this dealership for the last several years and am always comfortable in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and helpful and I feel secure driving my car on my daily comm last several years and am always comfortable in the waiting room.
