I didn’t wait for the vehicle. It was dropped off the night before. I had two concerns and one was able to be addressed at the time. Quote was provided over the phone at an hour an It was dropped off the night before. I had two concerns and one was able to be addressed at the time. Quote was provided over the phone at an hour and priced at $160. I received a text about the vehicle being completed. I check in and was told the invoice was $350. Issue resolved but more communication on price update. More

I lease my cars from Mathews Nissan BECAUSE of the Excellent Service Department. Matt met me inside. I told him what I wanted done. I waited in the Customer Lounge.
