Outstanding service. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Rick Evans at Forrest Chevrolet in Centralia, Mo. I can’t even to begin to say how helpful he is every time I wan I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Rick Evans at Forrest Chevrolet in Centralia, Mo. I can’t even to begin to say how helpful he is every time I want to buy something. He goes up & beyond to give me the best service & price and that is why I drive 2 ½ hours to see Rick. He knows his product and always does what he says he is going to do and so professional. I just want to mention a couple other people that made my experience so great. Wade Reeder and Matt Stephens. Both of them were very helpful on getting my new vehicle. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Rick Evans. Top notch guys!!!!! Phenomenal experience From the moment I sat down with Rick it was an easy conversation. Never did he push the vehicle, he answered question after question and actively list From the moment I sat down with Rick it was an easy conversation. Never did he push the vehicle, he answered question after question and actively listened to all my concerns. The conversation wasn't focused solely on car buying either. He made me feel incredibly comfortable with questions about my job, family and how things were going in general. He went through vehicle after vehicle trying to meet my un specified needs, that turned to specific with each vehicle. After finally settling on a vehicle, I sat down with Matt Stephens who only heightened the experience. He listened intently to what I wanted as a payment and immediately got to work valuing my trade in. It was long before I had just what I wanted. The perfect ending to the experience holistically was Wade. There was a sincere and welcoming tone as he explained the paperwork and closed out my visit. All in all, the three men made the whole experience incredibly easy and with as little stress as possible. If you're buying a vehicle anywhere else, you're missing out. More

However, the transmission failed (according to a fe Purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago from Rick Evans, was very satisfied with the vehicle. However, the transmission failed (according to a few mechanics), not wanting to repair the vehicle with such high millage I returned to speak to Rick. Rick, was slightly irritated that a vehicle he had sold me failed for me so quickly and wanted fix the problem.. his solution "how can we fix this for you?" Told him exactly what I would like to do, about an hour later I went and picked up some paperwork from my house, and an hour after that drove away in my newer used car fully satisfied! This was a wonderful experience, and I have been to other car dealers even after a car I purchased from them had failed to meet expectations within months. This is the first time that I felt like a dealer cared that I had such an issue and wanted to go above and beyond to fix the issue. Rick did not question my thoughts on trading the old vehicle in for something newer instead of fixing it, he just wanted to make sure I got what I needed and left happy. I would say he accomplished his goal with flying colors. Wade, was not pushy with extra financial packages he offered what he thought we would find useful and made sure to keep the price under the limit I had set early on. This is also rare, I always hated dealing with financial officers as they usually can be the pushy ones at dealerships. Wade presented a good GAP insurance package, and decent extra protection for useful features, and offered the extended warranty being the issue with my original purchase would have been covered had I had the extended warranty originally. However, I picked the ones I wanted, and Wade signed me up for what I wanted and did not say another word on the ones I did not wanted. Could not have been happier with that situation. Matt Stephens, also worked with me as the situation was unique due to having just purchasing a vehicle so recently that had a significant issue. I feel like Matt also strictly listened to what I said, took it and found a deal to make sure I could walk out of the dealership and want to come back, not leave upset that a vehicle I had purchased so recently from them had failed me. Overall I have never had a bad experience from the sales team. If I am ever in central Missouri (within 100 miles) purchasing a vehicle I will probably be coming to visit with Rick again to say the least. More
