Drew Ward did an excellent job making the trade-in/new purchase transaction transparent and streamlined. My brand new truck had factory paint defects that were discovered upon first wash only a few days purchase transaction transparent and streamlined. My brand new truck had factory paint defects that were discovered upon first wash only a few days after purchase and it was pulling teeth to get dealership management to agree to take care of the vehicle. It took a couple months to get a loaner but they did make it right in the end. Not sure if I'd purchase another vehicle in Decatur but enjoying the one I have now for hopefully a long time. More

Mr. Estes is a breath of fresh air!! I have visited numerous dealerships to determine the best make /model of pick-up truck that would be a great fit for me. I’ve probably worked with more than ten di numerous dealerships to determine the best make /model of pick-up truck that would be a great fit for me. I’ve probably worked with more than ten different salesmen over the last few months throughout the metroplex. Clay is the only one that impressed me in every respect. He knows the vehicles on the lot and could answer all of my questions without hesitation…which I never experienced with other dealers. Also, he helped with a personalized and detailed setup of my new 2025 Silverado 2500 and accessories which was extremely helpful since I am so used to driving my 2006 Silverado 1500HD that doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. I had also purchased the 1500HD new from Woods Chevrolet too and it still runs perfect after 320,000 miles due to another great Wood’s employee that I have relied on for years in your maintenance department. Shawn is the very best at his job…and I’ll always use him for servicing my trucks and SUVs. It is why I’m confident to donate my 1500 HD to someone who needs it and can use it for another 300,000 miles! The outstanding experiences I continue to have with Wood’s Chevrolet is why I keep coming back. In fact, we’ll be back this month to look at SUVs for my wife…and we’ll continue to urge other friends and family to your business as well. A/C compressor in 2015 Denali Yukon failed on the way to James Wood’s body shop after a minor accident.
