The scheduling process started out rough with securing a loaner. After that was resolved this was my best experience with service at Mergado. They went above and beyond to make the process fast and pleas loaner. After that was resolved this was my best experience with service at Mergado. They went above and beyond to make the process fast and pleasant. I forgot some items in the loaner and they quickly called and went out of theor way to return them to me. The communication was the best it has been since I have been servicing my car here. Hope it continues More
