I actually had about 9-10 vechicles that fell within my budget and close to the criteria I was looking for. Matt was extremely patient with me and truly helped me through the process. He did not try and talk me into anything as he answered every question I had. Did not buy on my first visit and came back to test drive a few more vehicles the next day;he remained patient and excited for me at the same time. Best part was he mentally took care of me as I went through the most difficult part that was financing (no fault to dealership here, all me and the decisions I made in life). Happy to say we got through all of it. I now have a safe reliable vehicle that I am happy with. On my way to not only rebuilding my credit, but my life as well. Thank you Matt, and Nissan of Ballwin.
