SERVICE TO THE MAX! We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done t We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done there (not because of quality but for many years I drove 60 - 75,000 miles a year). There was a time I'm sure that some of Ryan's employees thought I worked there I was there so much. Why? Because I was always treated like they really cared and you know what, they did! The service writers have always done what they could to accommodate our needs and the staff in the shop have been nothing less than professional every time they turned a wrench. I recall only one time of ever having to return when a repair wasn't correct and that was a very minor incident. As our busy lives slow down in our retirement/semi-retirement years we probably won't be shopping for many new vehicles but when we do, we will return to the same place that has won our business over and over again with great service. Sales people have come and gone but there is always someone there to help including Bob and Bill. I must also mention that over time I have had the pleasure to deal with three young men with the last name of Ryan and I can only say that these men have been raised right. No matter what job they were doing at the time they were very helpful and an asset to any organization - not just one with their family name on it!
