Quoted a hybrid replacement for my 2010 Toyota Prius for $1,500 just for the part itself, but found a local mechanic who got a no-aftermarket, new hybrid for Toyota cost plus labor, fully installed for $1,150.00. I see Matt Rowe is still there, so don't bother asking how much longer will your vehicle be ready after a 1 hr 45 min wait for a pre-scheduled oil change with the lobby cleared, folks leaving after your arrival, he'll say "I WILL NOT BE RUSHED!" Never at his desk, everyone ignores you. That was a year ago and another dealership suggested I leave this review, this is clearly unacceptable. More
