Great Experience I had already done some looking around at another out-of-town dealership because as I was driving past it I saw a GMC Sierra that had some add-ons and I had already done some looking around at another out-of-town dealership because as I was driving past it I saw a GMC Sierra that had some add-ons and it caught me eye....it was a sharp truck. Well, I preferred to shop at a dealership closer to my home and I went by Royal. I was greeted very cordially and professionally by Chris Booker when I entered. I told Chris exactly what I was looking for and that I wanted the dealership to do the add-ons (Leveling kit, larger tires, floor mats, window shields, tool box, and an under rear seat storage). I also said that I had a price on the one at the out-of-town dealership but I preferred to deal locally if the price was right. He went and spoke with Matt Robertson (another very nice and professional guy). Before much time they came to me and said they could do all the add-ons and actually beat the other price by a few hundred dollars. Now......we agreed to the deal, but I had to have the truck, with all the modifications the next afternoon. Matt was able to locate everything that was needed but it was going to be very tight to get it all done by the next afternoon. Well, to make a long story as short as possible.......I went by the next afternoon and the truck was ready....completely!! I don't know how they got it all done but they did.....they exceeded my expectations. The service department worked hard to get it all done. When I picked up the truck I was greeted by Chris, Matt, and John Ard. It was obvious they were all committed to getting my truck ready. I really was not expecting the tool box to be on it but I had to go out of town the next morning. Matt got it and John's team got it installed!! I was very surprised and happy. Chris took all the time that I needed to get me familiar with the truck. I had a Ford F-150 so most of it was new to me but Chris did a great job explaining. It was THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. These guys were AMAZING!! More
