The vehicle had to be hauled to the junk yard, so we were not in the market for a new vehicle before this shock. We had previously purchased an Odyssey from the dealership and knew that we were interested in another Honda vehicle. After doing a lot of research, we knew that we wanted to get a Pilot, we just weren't sure if we wanted a new or used vehicle or which model (LX, EX, Touring or Elite). We were able to test drive a new vehicle while getting our Odyssey serviced at the dealership. Once we saw what Honda was offering for pricing and 1.9% interest on new vehicles, it made sense to purchase a new vehicle instead of a used vehicle. Matt was able get all our questions answered about the vehicle and features on it. We got a lot of the negotiating done in advance so that we were able to come in and just sign all the paperwork. We would recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle as this was the most painless vehicle purchase we have ever had, especially during a difficult time being without a daily driver vehicle. More
