Great dealership, great salesman, found my truck online, asked for pics of undercarriage and service history. The truck exceed my expectations in condition, the sales experience was great NO HIDDEN FEES OR PREP FEES! Signed paperwork and was out of the dealer and headed out of state in 30 minutes. The truck was fully serviced with all maintenance records and nice perc was a USB flashdrive with all the signed documents on it. My salesman did not reach back to me when he said he would call. We had a few questions about the vehicle and wanted to talk it over and talk with him. He mentioned he is not a pressure salesman, I felt like his entire process was pressure tactics to make a sale. After the deposit was made, felt that we were no longer a "priority" with him. Phenomenal! This will now be our 5th or 6th vehicle bought from Whites. This time both my wife and I left with vehicle. My wife was coming up on the end of her l This will now be our 5th or 6th vehicle bought from Whites. This time both my wife and I left with vehicle. My wife was coming up on the end of her lease and I was in need of a bigger vehicle with the growing family. My wife left with another lease this time of an Odyssey (She loves it!) and I left with a certified preowned Honda Pilot. Mind you what was in stock was the exact colors my wife and I love so all around process was meant to be. I contacted Josh, who outside of sales is a great friend of mine through volleyball, to raise concerns of my wife's lease ending and myself needing a bigger vehicle and I also raised financial concerns with him to keep everything within budget. Him and Steven went above and beyond. They worked together to form the best scenario for my family both financially and conveniently. I ended up trading in my CRV which I bought from Whites a couple years ago. Whites and the staff at Whites go above and beyond to make you feel at home and look out for the costumer and the future of the costumer. I will always buy vehicles from Whites and will always refer people to Whites. More
