Though this is my third vehicle leased or purchased from DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement). My experience was pretty good overall. .. before the appt, during and after. There were a few team members helping me but it was clear they had good communication. The only comment I have is the actual dealership atmosphere. 0 out of 5 stars. This place needs a serious upgrade.. it should reflect the quality of the purchase/vehicles. At the moment it doesn't even come close. I know I have free oil changes but I don't even want to come back! More

When Johnson stated that he would get me a good price on a new Sportage, he wasn't kidding. The first price Johnson came back with was $20,000.00 less than another Florida KIA dealer had quoted me. During this whole process, I kept waiting to hear some reason the price would be going up, but that did not happen! Johnson was very professional and truly does work on the customer's side to get them the vehicle they want at a great price. More
