False advertisement and rude owner I stopped in for a test drive for an ad that was sent to me for a $25 walmart gift card. After i took the test drive and waited for my gift card i wa I stopped in for a test drive for an ad that was sent to me for a $25 walmart gift card. After i took the test drive and waited for my gift card i was told that there were no more left. I asked why they didn't tell me that before they filled out the application and asked for my drivers licence and financial information and then test drove the car...specifically for the gift card? I was rudely told that it was for the first 50 people...read the fine print. So don't waste your time on this place. They promise gift cards then tell you they don't have them after they get what they want from you. Rude and liars. Will not be buying another car from these ignorant jerks..no class. Carmax is the purchase. I rate this dealership a minus one brown star on all levels . More

PURCHASED VEHICLE WITH NO LEGAL TITLE!!! Purchased a vehicle here in 2010. Tried to sell the vehicle privately and discovered DeLand Kia never had proper title to the vehicle! The vehicle was Purchased a vehicle here in 2010. Tried to sell the vehicle privately and discovered DeLand Kia never had proper title to the vehicle! The vehicle was purchased at auction and proper title was not obtained by DeLand Kia. I confirmed this with Florida DMV. I called Deland Kia and after many calls and messages J.D. called me back and said they called DMV but it was out of their hands!!! The illegally sold me a vehicle without Florida title and it is out of their hands?!?! Told me to check with DMV!! When I threatened them with with further action, J.D. told me it was 8 years ago and good luck trying to get the title because DeLand Kia would not assist me and hung up!! I am now having to contact another state DMV and try to get a title for a vehicle I paid cash for 8 years ago! BAD DEALERSHIP NOW!! The people I dealt with in the past have since left OBVIOUSLY!!! More

Little Disappointed This is the second car we purchased from here. I will say that both sales experiences were good. Everyone worked with us and treated us kind. Was on I4 around 6 in the morning, the car got a flat. There was no spare or tools to remove the tire. We were never informed yhat the vehicles no longer come with them. There is a fix a flat kit in the trunk or as I was told when I called to complain they expect you to call raodsise for help. (Money out of my pocket). They told me I could come and get the part to take the lug nuts off the tire and then to add injury to insult I get an email on specials to purchase a spare, the tire rod and jack for $199. Just very disappointing from dealership I had really liked. I work for a dealership and we would have went out of our way to make the situation right. I gues it all depends on how much you care about tour customers. More
