I was at Basney for routine Maintenance recently and witnessed this man berating and yelling at a customer. I know customers can be frustrating but the way he was treating her was completely unprofessio witnessed this man berating and yelling at a customer. I was pleased with everyone that l dealt with. i bought a Honda from them in August. I drove it one day home to Goshen and the check engine light came on. I took it back next day. they said they put a new transmission in and now not e I drove it one day home to Goshen and the check engine light came on. I took it back next day. they said they put a new transmission in and now not even 6 months later I am having to put over $3000 in it. I even ask salesman about if I needed to buy an extended warranty , he told me no and that I have best possible coverage. Alan in service was not very nice saying that they already had to pay over $5000. to replace the transmission. so these issues aren't their problem. I bought this Honda so I had enough seating for all 5 of my grandkids, now I don't even feel safe driving it. I guess its ok to rip off people now days. I am very disappointed as I had spent all my $$ on a deposit for this More
