Nobody could figure out my venting system. I spent almost $1000, and no results. I went to a private shop and they fixed it and was only 2 hours, no 6 trips to your dealership. BEWARE Will never trust this dealer after their service dept failed to perform all service work claimed on the work order and final invoice. It is frustrating when you can no longer be sure your oil was ch dept failed to perform all service work claimed on the work order and final invoice. It is frustrating when you can no longer be sure your oil was changed, your spark plugs replaced, your tires rotated or any other work you pay for was completed as billed when you pick up your vehicle unless you have some way to actually verify the work was completed. This appears to be a systemic problem with this dealer as one service tech explained to me that he checks for some things he can verify and sends the vehicle back to service a second time before telling the customer they are finished. This was not my first experience with thinking they had not done what they claimed, just the first time I could actually prove it as I had used a permanent marker before service. Yes, they comped me, but that hardly restores trust that any work they claim is done, was done, if I cannot verify everything myself. More
