Fabulous experience! We came to Hudson in search of a pre-owned car. We entered the dealership and were warmly greeted. My husband had spoken with Brandon earlier in the day but he was with another customer. Manny brought us to his desk to get us started. We told him what we were interested in and what our price range was. He then insisted that we look at a car that was on special that was a fabulous deal. He was right. Buick is not the same car that I knew all those years ago. Brandon took us for a drive and we were very impressed. We had him run the numbers and he let us go out in the car again to discuss. We returned, made our decision and got the paperwork moving. Everyone was fabulous while we waited. Matt Mullaney introduced himself and congratulated me on our purchase. There is truly something to be said for professionalism and courtesy. This dealership made our car-buying experience a pleasure. We discussed the issue with Tom who used a number of GM incentives as well as a healthy discount to get me out of the existing lease and into a lease for a new 2019 Acadia with relative ease.. On delivery Michael, was extremely patient and helpful in explaining upgrades in the systems of the new vehicle. Shame on Hudson ?Bob Douglas? to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC 2 mins · Shame on you, after purchasing a 2014 ATS Cadillac from prior lease, I was told after questioni ?Bob Douglas? to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC 2 mins · Shame on you, after purchasing a 2014 ATS Cadillac from prior lease, I was told after questioning about no spare tire, the car was designed not to carry, for the reason, factory installed with flat run tires, well this was false at the sale of the vehicle, driving the vehicle into Manhattan every day and having comfort that if a flat incurred we would be able to exit the parkway safely, pretty scary when you have no factory tires installed nor , was told that a spare should be keep to replace low grade tires installed prior to purchase, Shame on Hudson to allow someone to be placed in a unsafe and costly situation, apology not excepted Matt, nor is $200.00 reduction for $1000.00 worth of tires that should have been on the vehicle at purchase. Friendly, Painless and Paying Attention Holmes was great to deal with from start to finish. I decided to see what GM had to offer and went to look because I was still undecided after all my Holmes was great to deal with from start to finish. I decided to see what GM had to offer and went to look because I was still undecided after all my research, GM or Dodge. Holmes was never pushy and didn't give up on me even though he knew I was only there to look. He listened to my brief description of what I was looking in a truck and he said I'll be back in a minute with one and that I could take it for a test drive. Well that was a complete miss, I guess I never said anything about what colors I did or didn't want. Then number two came down off the hill and that was the one, if I decide on GM. I took it for a drive, chatted a little more and thanked him for his time and out the door I went. The next day he made a courtesy call to me and I said that I was still undecided. The following day, I called him to say get it ready and I'll be in that afternoon to finalize everything with him. Well this happened to be his day off and his birthday. He came in anyway see it all through. I don't think I could have asked for a friendlier person with knowledge of what he was selling. Thank you Holmes and Hudson C/B/G (Matt) you were great to deal with and I look forward to it again in the future. More
