This is My purchase experience for my new Leaf at King Windward Nissan was the Best I have ever had, and I have purchased more than a dozen new cars. This is my second purchase from King Windward and the first time was great as well, but this was over the top great! This was not a simple "walk in, test drive, and drive away" experience. I live on another island (Kauai) and King Windward is on Oahu. Mark Caliri took a personal hand in this somewhat complex transaction, and made it ever so easy for me! He also handled the termination of my prior lease. Everyone I dealt with at King Windward was wonderful. At every step of the way, I was treated with respect and given all the information I needed to make an informed purchase decision, including on whether to purchase or lease. Then, King Windward shipped the car to Kauai and swapped it out for my previous Leaf. It could not have been easier. And it was a fun transaction as well. Kudos as well to King Honda on Kauai who made the car ready for pick-up. I will be a King customer for life! Note: I am writing this 2 months after the transaction, so it is not influenced by "new car euphoria". King Windward is the real deal. More

The Best of the Best I have purchased 11 new vehicles over the years. The buying experience is always about the same. It was very bad buying my first Honda Civic 1982 when I have purchased 11 new vehicles over the years. The buying experience is always about the same. It was very bad buying my first Honda Civic 1982 when I had little funds at the time, and THE WORSE buying experience was buying a Honda CRV EX in 2014 from a dealer in Waipio putting down $10,000.00. I was lied to about my used car value because of a dent. ( the dent was never fixed, I see the car all the time where I live) I was lied to about a $500 extra discount for being a veteran. I could go on about the Psychological stress I went thru and very upset for 4 years looking at this Honda. Honda told me to give them 5’s when I got a call but I never got a call when I complained of my experience. King Nissan, way on the other side of the island was way worth the drive. Their friendliness wasn’t fake. Every dealer needs to make a profit and with my credit score lower than I thought I was thinking I’m going to get the wolves in sheeps clothing deal. I purchased a Nissan Rogue AWD SL Sport for my wife like picking up my order thru a drive thru window. Maggie Powers sold me the vehicle. Jay helped close the deal and Matt, the finance manager got me a lower than expected interest rate. FREE oil changes and car CAR WASHES for the life of the vehicle 👍🏻👍🏻. ( I never went to Honda for oil changes) I could go on and on about how great this dealer is. Easy purchasing a vehicle if you have a lot of money and put down a lot or pay cash for it. You’ll get royalty 👑 treatment I’m sure. King Nissan treated me like Royalty 👑. Thank you King Nissan. 1 more week till my wife comes home for her surprise, the queen 👸 and her new chariot. 5 stars are not enough. I give you 10. More
