Overall very happy, although the attention to detail was sometimes lacking and the knowledge of the particular models (Leaf) could have been better. As an example, I was not made aware the Nissan Connect EV App is not available for the base model purchased. This left me a bit disappointed in Nissan in general, having traded in a BMW i3 that has the remote app available as standard - and generally a nice feature. More

Great Our initial salesperson was Muammar. While he was friendly, he seemed very new and unfamiliar with programs, policies and customer considerations. I Our initial salesperson was Muammar. Vince was amazing, helpful, and made us feel like he understood our needs and limitations and made great efforts to find something that works for us. Were it not for Vince, we definitely would have left without going through with the transaction. More

Very down to earth and was even able to help me get into a truck! I’m very satisfied and pleased with my new truck, it’s been a goal of mine for some time now, thanks to windward Nissan it became a reality. The finance manager was awesome as well he helped me find a bank that was willing to give me the loan and it’s just so awesome to have such great people working there. They definitely give their 110%! More

Always go with your gut feeling! Not so pleased I returned to king Nissan windward because I had received a loyalty email but wasn’t awarded it because I couldn’t produce the correspondence I receiv I returned to king Nissan windward because I had received a loyalty email but wasn’t awarded it because I couldn’t produce the correspondence I received from.Nissan and it has been many years since. Then I retuned a few days later with my other son and was told that since I didn’t receive a certificate for loyalty, I couldn’t get the loyalty discount but I could get he referral which was a lower amount. Just felt that from past experiences with other dealers, I wasn’t given the best deal. And it took us over four hours,, we missed lunch, was only offered drinks, just not the island hospitality I’m used to. More
