I looked on the Jeep website to find the car I wanted with the options I wanted (there were only 4 in the country). I sent out emails to all of those dealerships and the first person to respond was Matt with the options I wanted (there were only 4 in the country). In my back and forth with all of the dealers Matt was always the most responsive sales rep and he was very forthright. Though I live in Georgia and found a car that met my requirements for about the same price in Tennessee I ended up feeling more comfortable with Matt and the Burtness folks and so, bought from them.
