My husband and I stopped into BMW Orlando Park to check out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to b out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to be released 2025 X3 models on the fly. The information he provided was incredibly helpful in making our decision to switch from Mercedes to BMW. In addition to being so sharp, Matt was gracious, patient and a pleasure to work with. Ross was great, nonthreatening and understood when I wasn’t feeling well to postpone the deal. He allowed for me to take the car for a spin for an entire day, which truly made me seal the deal. His nonc wasn’t feeling well to postpone the deal. He allowed for me to take the car for a spin for an entire day, which truly made me seal the deal. His nonchalant attitude, but dedication to making me happy. Ultimately caused me to make the decision to go with the car at this dealership. I got a grade car for a great deal, and Ross continues to be very transparent and communicates the next steps as far as additional detailing with the bumper etc. that needs to occur. It’s not just the sale of the car, but making a customer happy with maintenance after buying the car and abiding by next steps and scheduling accordingly. Great experience overall!!!! More
