UPDATE: My grievance overall is with MB USA. I stand by my original post in that the car quality is trash. However, MB of Lynnwood really stepped up to take care of me. They were willing to take the hit (instead of greedy MBUSA) to help bring down the cost of the repair to something palatable. Although I was still spending thousands that I really shouldn't have, the dealership and service manager really came through. Mercedes quality and customer service has gone down hill. Not sure who to blame, but I have a 2018 Mercedes C class with 26,000 miles on it and for no reason the power steering failed and the dealership wants almost $5000 to replace the power steering. No evidence of damage neglect nor abuse, and the dealership just wants me to replace the part without any explanation, if it was a minor thing underwear and tear, I completely understand. However this car only has 26,000 miles. Sorry to say I may not buy Mercedes ever again. More

We were charged for windshield washer fluid and installation of same when the fluid reservoir was full (I filled it the night before.). When caught all they would do was offer a refund of the $8.
