Matt was adamant that they were selling the particular model/trim I was looking at for MSRP, hours after his internet department emailed me a price thousands less than MSRP. Besides that, he was a bit arrogant and it really seemed that the 3 minutes we spent interacting was a huge burden to him while there was 1 other customer in the dealership. More

This is the 2nd car I bought from Lance. I bought one in 2020 and I promised him I’ll see him for my next car. I saw he works hard to make sure we are comfortable. Lance also went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns. His patience and professionalism made it clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority. People don’t even waste your time going else where Lance is the real deal. True gentleman He is a good person to deal with. I have bought many cars in my life. Don’t go no where he is totally worth your business. I recently purchased a 2025 Acura MDX from Lance at Mullers Acura and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Lance was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, helping me find the perfect car that fit my budget and lifestyle. The entire sales process was smooth and transparent. I can’t thank the Muller’s Woodfield Acura staff enough for creating a first class customer experience. As someone who has been leasing cars for the past 16 years no dealership has come close to going abov for creating a first class customer experience. As someone who has been leasing cars for the past 16 years no dealership has come close to going above and beyond to make the customer experience while buying to leasing a vehicle more enjoyable. At Muller’s you can expect fairness and transparency in negotiations and staff at any level willing to help you.
