Slow at first but great in the end Well at first I had a very hard time getting questions answered. While I was trying to decide on whether or not to purchase a vehicle and trade in my Well at first I had a very hard time getting questions answered. While I was trying to decide on whether or not to purchase a vehicle and trade in my existing vehicle they seemed hesitant. But once I got threw and showed them my desire to purchase a vehicle they did great with helping me. Once I reached the dealership the sales team was awesome and the vehicle was everything they said it was. Metro Ford gets a solid 4/5 stars from me. It would have been 5/5 if they had been a little better at the earlier stages of the process. However in general I had a great experience with Metro Ford of Madison. Dayton. More

Matt Kuphal at Metro was great! Matt went over and beyond to help find me a vehicle I liked. We spoke on the phone prior to me coming to the dealership and discussed what I was looki Matt went over and beyond to help find me a vehicle I liked. We spoke on the phone prior to me coming to the dealership and discussed what I was looking for. When I arrived the next day, the car was right out in front and ready to test drive. He was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. He also allowed me to test drive the vehicle to my fiancé’s place of work so he could also look at it. Once I decide it was the vehicle for me, he was very flexible and able to work on thing for me such as finding all weather car mats for the car so they were ready when I picked the car up. He was also very responsive with my multiple calls and emails. The only con was there was a chip in the windshield that could not be filled prior to me picking it up but Matt was able to find me someone that could fill it for cost in a day. I would totally buy a vehicle in the future from him. More

Not your typical dealership I had in mind.dealing with pressure from a car salesman but Matthew wasn't like that at all He genuinely wanted me to get the car I wanted.
