Leasing of new car Matt has always been professional and courteous. I've dealt with him for years and don't even bother with other dealerships. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked there, and they seemed to truly care about me more than just getting another sale. no nonsense customer care Called for an appointment and as planned. Taken in within 5 minutes. Enjoyed the new showroom and visuals. Sales department good, Service department ? 2014 Silverado delivered 08-28-2014. Check engine light came on, returned to Braeger service department 08-29-2014 at 7:00 AM. They reset the check 2014 Silverado delivered 08-28-2014. Check engine light came on, returned to Braeger service department 08-29-2014 at 7:00 AM. They reset the check engine light. Left that morning to go up north for Labor Day weekend. On the way up north the check engine light came on again. Stopped at West Side Garage Chevrolet in Berlin, WI on Friday afternoon. They needed to reset the vehicle systems to correct the problem. Check engine light has not reappeared. It appears the problem was caused by a battery not fully charged. Sales department was easy to deal with, met my price, done deal. More
