I brought my recent purchased truck in for a fuel smell, tire losing air and trailer hitch stick in.. they had to order parts so I was given a loner vehicle as the parts were a day out. It was fixed the nex tire losing air and trailer hitch stick in.. they had to order parts so I was given a loner vehicle as the parts were a day out. It was fixed the next day. Nate was very helpful and responsive both presale and post sale. Charlie, the person I worked with on the day of sale was non responsive. Fortunately Nate and Amber jumped in to help. I wanted a couple post sale. Charlie, the person I worked with on the day of sale was non responsive. Fortunately Nate and Amber jumped in to help. I wanted a couple of extras installed and Amber did an excellent job picking out running boards. She also coordinated getting them and a second battery installed for an on time delivery.
