I have come to expect, over the past 26 months, that Ford Motor Co. has no idea how to repair my vehicle. They have put approximately $60k into so-called repairs including parts, labor and loaner/ rental veh Motor Co. has no idea how to repair my vehicle. They have put approximately $60k into so-called repairs including parts, labor and loaner/ rental vehicles. The van only cost approximately $30k! And the vehicle is still not running correctly. I believe they have either rebuilt or replaced with new, 6 transmissions. Upon the last conversation with the shop foreman, they have other vehicles with the exact same problem as I do. The total amount of time that ford has had my vehicle in their shop is 14 months. Customer service is a joke. I was told that they could not do anything to help the repair facility or myself as to a resolution to the problem. They said that their job was to fill me with a bunch of bull and tell me what I want to hear so that time can pass and they can try to fix the issue. My problem started on mile 1. They were notified immediately after I drove off the lot. 26 months later and I still have the same problem. Corporate greed and inept repair facilities along with ford engineering and you get a recipe for vehicles that don’t last and customers that are greatly disappointed in a product. Believe me, I learned my lesson!! Never again. More

Excellent experience with Smith Ford, in particular Matt and Will. Finally received my Bronco after a very long wait that was out of their control. Extremely happy! I had never purchased a new car before. I found an Escape I liked, and asked for a test drive. Bobby was quick to contact me and schedule it. Six months down the road l still haven’t received it.That doesn’t say much for Matt, or your Dealership,especially if everything. I was told about the little Lady in Rosebud Ar.owned it,& all its maintenance was done at your Dealership,asked Matt if l could get a copy for my records,Matt said sure,l still,I’m beginning to feel that everything about the car was misrepresented.
