Didn't really need it, but SHE thought so!!!!!!! We have dealt with Matt in the past as he has worked with us on service and warranty work on our other Jeep. We were kinda of looking around and Matt We have dealt with Matt in the past as he has worked with us on service and warranty work on our other Jeep. We were kinda of looking around and Matt had the color of her choice on the lot. Cheryl's 2 previous vehicles were also Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. So, that's what we were looking for. Matt had it ready to show us and also for us to drive. She liked it and said that's the one. Matt had a lot of talking to do and did so with a smile and his knowledge really helped to convince me. We called him the next business day and said we would be up to get it later in the week. We met him and went over all the gizmos again, he showed us around the dealership and explained the operation. He explained the service procedures and as in the past, he will be there to assist. Matt even offered to convert her CD'S for her. We met with Kylie, the business manager and she had all the paper work ready and made that a very simple process, even though I had to spend my "Fishing money" for my wife's Jeep!
