I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and he really listened, helping me explore the right options without ever making me feel pressured. As a first-time buyer going through the process alone, I was nervous, but Matt made me feel completely comfortable and supported. He took the time to explain everything clearly, especially around financing and paperwork, which helped me feel confident in my decisions.
