We stopped at the Kia dealership out of curiosity more than anything. We had just returned from another dealership nearby that was in no way impressive. We were looking for a salesperson that would be cu than anything. We had just returned from another dealership nearby that was in no way impressive. We were looking for a salesperson that would be customer oriented and one that would be very familiar with his inventory. A man approached us and identified himself as Kevin Shelton. He was friendly and immediately relaxed us as we gave him a few ideas about what we were looking for. We found out that he knew his inventory well and showed us a car that we liked. He was in no way pushy but patient with us as we considered the choices available. When we decided on the car that we wanted and agreed to buy it Kevin Shelton worked with us to seal the deal. He was in no way through with us as he spent over an hour showing us the features and setting up the car with our personal data. Since we’ve had the car he is still in touch with us to see if there’s anything that we need or have any questions that need his attention. We would like to highly recommend this dealership and Kevin Shelton. More

When you go to any dealership if you don’t know a salesperson you take what you get. We were so foot get out of our car at the Kia dealership and be approached by a man who quickly identified himse salesperson you take what you get. We were so foot get out of our car at the Kia dealership and be approached by a man who quickly identified himself as Kevin Shelton. He was so friendly, pleasant, and personable. He asked if we were looking for any vehicle in particular and we told him what we’d like to see if he had any on the lot. He knew the inventory and took us straight to a beautiful white Telluride. We loved it and liked the fact that he knew so much about its details and features. We met a really friendly sales manager, Derek Everett, before we left for the day. Kevin was never pushy in any way and told us he’d be available if we needed him. The next morning we looked on line and saw another car that had just come to the same lot. After giving Kevin a call we decided to go have a look at it. Kevin was happy to show us that car and give another round of details and features. It turned out that we liked that car even better and negotiated to buy it. Along the way we also met with a general manager, Matt Bazinet, who also impressed us. Within two days the car was ours and Kevin had spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing us again the fear of the car. We then met with Mike Bazinet who sold of a warranty. Along this whole process we could not have been more pleased with our transaction and treatment at the Myrtle Beach Kia Dealership and thank them for everything. More

Took my 2017 Kia Sportage with less than 60,000 MI in because it has an engine oil issue the car uses a quart of oil every thousand miles when I spoke to the service department they told me this is norma because it has an engine oil issue the car uses a quart of oil every thousand miles when I spoke to the service department they told me this is normal I've never had a car use a quart of oil every thousand miles when I tried to speak to the service manager he ignored me until they wanted me to move my car he also basically told me that there's nothing they can do for me I've taken my car there ever since I've bought it and had all the oil changes and services done they're willing to take your money but when you need their help they're not willing to do anything for you would not recommend this dealer to anyone More

Make sure you have plenty of time when you visit Myrtle Beach Kia. Once there, you won't want to leave. Keith Gannett accomplished the impossible for us. He did what we thought would never happen. No matter how many times I said I didn't think we could afford a 2024 Seltos EX, loaded with everything including a sun/moon roof, electronic everything, 2.0 L engine. OK, I know I sound like I'm bragging, but I can't even describe this car adequately. As for Keith, you can expect that he will be in constant contact with you, even after the sale is complete. He is always only a phone call away. For anyone who has had to deal with the dreaded F&I manager, have no fears. Kind, compassionate and no pressure. Mike will just want to make sure you have everything you need to complete the sale without pressuring up sales. We did accept two options because they worked for our needs, but I know he would have been just as accommodating if we did not purchase any of the options. Everyone at this dealership is exceptional. Try them. You'll like them. More

When I entered the service department I was greeted very nicely. My name was taken and I was told about how long it would be and was shown to the waiting area.
