Rental Car Service Needs to be more Customer Freindly When I returned a rented vehicle because my vehicle had to stay at the shop for 3 days, the lady who had to approve the vehicle on the return was unco When I returned a rented vehicle because my vehicle had to stay at the shop for 3 days, the lady who had to approve the vehicle on the return was uncooperative, ignored my questions and was generally rude to me.
