I have leased several cars via Joe Rizza Acura so obviously I like the experience. However working with Gerard Dumas made this my best experience.yet. He was more than accomodating, changing his work obviously I like the experience. However working with Gerard Dumas made this my best experience.yet. He was more than accomodating, changing his work schedule to fit mine. His expertise regarding Acura Cars and what would be the best buy for me made my ldecision easy. There was a clitch getting access to my credit, and he patiently helped me through the process. He even contacted me after I purchased the lease to make sure everything was okay, When I contacted him asking about the Navigational Manuel rather than just directing me to download it he downloaded it for me and sent it via the mail. Mr. Dumas was the best car salesman I have ever worked with, and during the years there have been several. Yes, I can say I had a great experience leading my new car, and I will be recommending Joe Rizza Acura, and Mr Gerald Dumas. I just hope he's still there when Im ready for a new lease. More

Do you want my biggest pet peeve is being misled and I was definitely misled. I asked for a remote start and was told the remote starts are now only on your phone in an app that is not true. Also, I was n was definitely misled. I asked for a remote start and was told the remote starts are now only on your phone in an app that is not true. Also, I was never told that I would have to pay for the remote start, I only get a trial very very disappointed. I don’t do repeat business with companies like that. More
